• Completed visa application form.

• Original and photocopy of passport, valid for at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines.

• Copy of UAE residence visa (Dubai and Northern Emirates), valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines.

• Original Letter of Guarantee/No Objection from your company (with company letterhead and stamp), including your position/designation, employment period, and monthly salary.

• Bank statement for the last 3 months with a maintaining balance of 8,000 AED.

• Previous Philippine visa (if any).

• Letter of Invitation/Guarantee from a reference or sponsor in the Philippines, if applicable.

• Roundtrip flight itinerary.

• Hotel booking or reservation.

Additional Requirements for Those Married to a Filipino National:

• PSA Marriage Certificate / Report of Marriage.

• Copy of the Filipino spouse's passport
