- Valid UAE Residence Visa: 3+ months validity after return. Mandatory for non-Emiratis.

- Photos: 2 recent biometric (35x45mm, white bg).
- Travel Medical Insurance: Min. €30,000 coverage, valid Schengen-wide. Credit card insurance NOT accepted.
- Flight Itinerary: Round-trip reservation/ticket.
- Accommodation Proof: Hotel bookings, rental contract, or invitation letter for entire stay.
- Proof of Funds: Bank statements (last 3-6 months), payslips. Sponsorship letter + sponsor’s docs if applicable.
- NOC from Employer/Sponsor: Original letter confirming job, salary, leave dates & return.
- For Minors: Signed form by both parents, birth certificate, consent letter + parents’ passport/visa copies.
- Self-Employed? Trade license copy.
