Required Documents

  • Passport: Scan (PDF). Must be valid 6+ months, 2+ blank pages, undamaged, issued <10 yrs ago.
  • Recent Passport Photo: Digital file.
  • UAE Emirates ID: Copy (Upload) & Original (Border).
  • Travel Health Insurance: Mandatory since June 1, 2024. Covers entire stay. Min: $5k Outpatient / $30k Inpatient. In Georgian, Russian, or English. (No insurance = Fine & possible denial)
  • Proof of Accommodation: Hotel bookings/accommodation plan.
  • Return Flight Ticket: Reservation or itinerary.
  • Proof of Funds: Bank statements (3-6 months), employment letter, sponsorship letter.
  • Purpose Proof: Invitation (business/family), detailed itinerary (tourism).

  • Timing is Critical: Confirm email within 1 hour. Pay within 5 hours of confirmation. Complete DuVerify within 24 hours.
  • Accuracy is Vital: Double-check all details match passport exactly. Mistakes require a new application/fee.
  • Entry Not Guaranteed: Border officials check all documents physically and can deny entry. Carry all originals/copies used in the application.
  • Common Rejection Reasons: Incomplete application, insufficient funds, no/lacking insurance, unclear travel purpose, weak ties to home country, passport issues.
