• All guests are required prior permission to enter Dibba Musandam. Our team will contact you for your Passport and visa details to apply for permission.

• Please note that the procedure for permission requires a minimum of 3 working days (72 hours) for UAE residents and 24 hours for tourists. So kindly share the details on time

• It is also mandatory for all guests to carry the original Passport at the time of your Tour.

• Guest should carry their own Swim Wear and fishing equipment

• Transfers as per the option selected

• The pickup / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• In case you select Without Transfers you are required to report at the location at least 30 minutes before the cruise departure time.

• No Luggage is allowed to be carried during any activity.

• There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge a 100% no-show fee.

• Timing may also vary during bad weather or sea conditions.

   Sharing transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.

Special Note

• It is mandatory for you to carry your passport copy with you at the time of your Tour or else your entry at the border will be restricted.

• Banana Boat Ride and deep-Sea fishing are subject to the current weather conditions.

• The tour is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

1. Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

2. Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.

3. Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
